Ros Kayes and Postmaster Roger Hayre at Buxton Road Post Office

The Buxton Road Post Office in Weymouth is earmarked for closure in February. Lib Dem PPC Ros Kayes addressed a protest meeting of a hundred local people and pledged her support for a legal challenge to the closure. This PO serves an area with a large number of people with mobility problems or in long-term care and the closure may be challenged under disability discrimination legislation.
